No, the contraceptive pill isn’t 100% effective and it doesn’t protect you from sexual transmitted deseases. 

If you just missed one, take it as soon as you remember. If you don’t remember until the next day, go ahead and take 2 pills that day: the first is the one you forgot and the second is the one of the current day. 
In case of sex, use condoms in the next days and consult a gynecologist.

In general we can say that if you vomit within 40 minutes, you should take another pill straight away.
If you have diarrhoea within 2/3 hours after the pill, you should take it again. Then take your next pill at the usual time.

No, you don’t but one of the side effect is water retention that may cause bloating. To reduce it we recommend to drink a lot of water and take supplement to promote diuresis.

Studies have demonstrated that in some people pill reduces the absorption of specific vitamins, especially the ones of B group and some low mineral contents like magnesium, selenium and zinc.

You can use vaginal creams or ovule and moisturizing intimate cleanser. If the itching coincides with the menstrual cycle, we recommend to use cotton tampons and more frequent washing. If that doesn’t solve your problem, contact your gynecologist for a detailed visit.

As all contraceptive, it isn’t. It’s possible for a condom to break, especially if it hasn’t been stored in cool, dry places protected from the light.
